To better my understanding of photography, I have approached each project as a means to focus on a particular stylistic restriction.  In doing so, I have learned how to better control and utilise light, form, texture and composition.

While traveling, its tempting to take the same postcard-ready images as everyone else. To avoid creating just-another-tourist-photo, I am constantly searching for creative vantage points to view iconic landmarks in a new way.  I also strive capture the candid images of strangers in hopes of viewing the world as a native and not a tourist.
